Nutrivo Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Nutrivo App, LLC ("Nutrivo," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may not access or use the Services, or provide us with any personal information.

2. Account Creation and Responsibility

To access some features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

3. Paid Subscriptions and Refunds

Nutrivo offers paid subscription services that provide access to premium features (the "Subscription Services"). Subscriptions may include:

A two-week free trial for new users.
Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the end of the billing cycle.
No refunds for unused portions of a subscription period once the subscription has begun unless required by law.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions provided in your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the Subscription Services until the end of your subscription period.

No refunds will be provided for partial months unless otherwise stated.

5. Use of Services

The Services are intended to provide personalized nutrition guidance, meal planning, and related tools for general health purposes only. They are not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional health or medical consultations. You should always consult with a healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or lifestyle.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Nutrivo owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written consent from Nutrivo.

7. User-Generated Content

You may have the ability to post, upload, or submit content through the Services. By doing so, you grant Nutrivo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, modify, and display your content in connection with the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Nutrivo reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nutrivo makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Services.

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutrivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, use, or profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nutrivo harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience, and Nutrivo does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services. When you access third-party services through our platform, you do so at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
